Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the Rockies and embark on a journey of self-discovery, relaxation, and empowerment. You will leave feeling truly vibrant and awakened. Includes: * 5 days / 4 nights at the beautiful Manor Vail Lodge in Vail, Colorado. Condo offers spacious rooms, spa, 2 outdoor pools & jacuzzi's. Restaurant, bar & lounge are also onsite. * Day Trip to Glenwood Hot Springs & Athletic Club (Day Pass, Private Cabana, steam room, sauna, fitness classes, mineral springs, semi-private pool area, 7 larger pools & catered lunch) * Mercedes Sprinter Van to/from Denver & to/from Glenwood * All-inclusive (*Except Dinner on LAST NIGHT of retreat) * Daily meditation, nature walks, wellness workshops, yoga/pilates sessions and SO MUCH more. ****AIRFARE IS NOT INCLUDED ******* MUST ARRIVE AT DENVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT BY 2:00 PM MDT. SHUTTLE WILL DEPART AT 2:15PM SHARP. *** Double Occupancy - 2 Bedroom - $2000 total cost - per person MUST FIND YOUR OWN ROOMMATE! $600 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT DUE 9/30/2024 to reserve for 2 people. Full itinerary will be provided upon receipt. Deposit & Payment Plan: $600 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT. Balance is invoiced monthly and divided into equal installments. Payment due 7 days from invoice date or$35 late fee will apply. MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY MAY 15, 2025. Cancellation Policy: Must be received in writing via text or email. Refunds returned within 30 days after receipt. Refunds issued per notice, per person, schedule below: 120 day before retreat: Full refund minus non-refundable deposit. 90 days before retreat: 75% refund of funds received minus non-refundable deposit. 60 days before retreat: 50% refund of funds received minus non-refundable deposit. 30 days before retreat: No refund provided. Transferability: Payments and reservations are transferable to another person (who isn’t registered) up to 14 days before the retreat start date. Transfer fee of $100 will apply. In the event of documented medical emergency or unforeseen circumstances, Vibrant Awakenings will enforce the policy on a case by case basis.
